Without specializing in any aspect of fitness, our group sessions incorporate Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, body weight movements and endurance exercises including rowing, running and the assault bike. Our classes are one hour long with the best warm-ups, mobility work, accessory work, programming and coaching in the area!

Kid's Barbell Class
Our Kid’s Barbell Class is perfect for your child (7 & older) to begin learning the fundamentals & use of the barbell for powerlifting and Olympic lifting. The classes will also cover proper technique, accessory work and metabolic conditioning! Join us, with USAW coach Petey Elliotte, on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:00- 6:00 PM!
CrossFit Blue Blood offers a High Intensity Interval Training Group Session on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5:30- 6:30 PM. It is coached by CPT Drew. HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
CFBB’s Barbell Club is for members ($25/month) and non-members ($75/month) offered on Saturday mornings from 7 AM to 9 AM. It is coached by Brittany Fisher, Jeremy Johnson and Jonathan Porter. We train both Olympic Lifts, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, and their accessory movements.
