Without specializing in any aspect of fitness, our group sessions incorporate Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, body weight movements and endurance exercises including rowing, running and the assault bike. Our classes are one hour long with the best warm-ups, mobility work, accessory work, programming and coaching in the area!

CFBB’s Barbell Club is for members ($25/month) and non-members ($75/month) offered on Saturday mornings from 7 AM to 9 AM. It is coached by Brittany Fisher, Jeremy Johnson and Jonathan Porter. We train both Olympic Lifts, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, and their accessory movements.
